WELCOME TO VOCAL Tuesday, 03 January 2012 VOCAL acts as the voice for culture and leisure managers in Scotland and a range of key partners. In addition to promoting the activities of these services, as an association of senior managers, VOCAL aims to promote the development of policy and strategy, provide opportunities for networking and promote best practice. The strength of the Association is ultimately determined by the number of people who join VOCAL and work towards achieving a common set of goals. |
