WELCOME TO VOCAL VOCAL acts as the voice of Chief Officers for Cultural and Leisure Services delivered in Scotland by local government and a range of key partners. In addition to promoting the activities of these services, as a Chief Officer’s Association, VOCAL aims to promote the development of policy and strategy, provide opportunities for networking and promote best practice. The strength of the Association is ultimately determined by the number of people who join VOCAL and work towards achieving a common set of goals. |
